Winery Tour & Tasting: Wine Adventure on the Island of Brač

Tasting wines with us will provide you with an authentic and unique experience. You will have the opportunity to visit the original wine cellar, enjoy the renowned “plavac mali” selection, and taste locally produced cheese.

We will start this educational and enjoyable tour with a short transfer to Dračevica, one of the oldest towns on the island. This charming town with well-preserved original stone architecture will transport us back to a time when people lived off wine and stone. A brief walk will lead us to the wine cellar where we will begin the wine tasting.

The wine tasting will take place in an authentic old wine cellar with a charming atmosphere reminiscent of bygone eras. We will take a tour of the cellar, familiarizing ourselves with the wine production process, including grape specifics, processing, fermentation, barrel characteristics, and bottling.

You will have the opportunity to taste five exceptional wines, including three reds, one white, and one rosé wine, among which is the famous local variety from the island of Brač – plavac mali. Your authentic experience will be complemented by locally produced sheep cheese, smoked prosciutto, and a traditional sweet treat – almonds coated in sugar.

During the return journey, we have planned a stop for swimming at the beautiful Zlatni Rat beach in Bol. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to make another swimming stop along the way.
